Help & feedback

Get started, find your invitation, or tell us what could work better.

How alpha access works

  1. Request access with your name, email and role.
  2. We review requests manually; review times may vary.
  3. If approved, we'll email an invitation to choose your password.
  4. Sign in and choose the projector or positioning lab.

Check your spam folder if you're expecting an invitation. If your link has expired, use password recovery to request a new setup link. Already signed in? View your access status.

Using the alpha

Use a desktop or laptop for the full positioning workspace. XYRA runs in your browser and needs an internet connection; a dedicated graphics card and installation aren't required on your device.

The projector lets you adjust technique, geometry and image display. The positioning lab lets you move the arm and equipment before making an exposure. Each simulator includes a short getting-started guide.

Availability can vary during testing. If an image doesn't load, check your connection and try again later. Inactive sessions are released after ten minutes to free capacity.

These simulations are for education. They are not for clinical use.

Contact and feedback

Give feedback using the short form (approved alpha access required).

Email contact@xyra-app.com for access questions, account help, feedback or privacy enquiries.

For a problem report, include which simulator you used, your browser/device, what you tried and what happened. Send screenshots only if they contain no patient information or other sensitive data. Never send your password.

Dataset credits

X-ray projector and homepage hand animation

Quintiens J, Coudyzer W, Bevers M, Vereecke E, van Lenthe GH (2024), Multimodal CT Dataset of Cadaveric Wrist Joints, KU Leuven RDR, V1. CC BY-SA 4.0.

XYRA crops the CT data to the hand and generates simulated radiographs with adjustable projection, exposure and image processing. The homepage hand rotation uses these radiographs, resized and normalized, with mirrored views to complete the turn. The shared hand crop, dataset-derived radiographs, hand-rotation videos and poster are available under CC BY-SA 4.0.

Keep this attribution and license link when sharing these materials, and describe further changes. The simulator software has its own licensing. Download the wrist attribution notice.

Weight-bearing ankle projector

Lenz AL et al., TalocruralShapeModeling, weight-bearing CT sample. CC0 1.0, permitting commercial reuse. XYRA removes identifying metadata, replaces UIDs and generates simulated radiographs; pixel data and geometry are preserved. Source and change notice.

Positioning lab

Cabibihan J-J, Abinahed J (2018), CT Data for Upper Limb Prostheses and Lifelike Robotic Arms, Harvard Dataverse, V1. CC0 1.0.

CT data are cropped and used to generate the positioning lab's simulated anatomy and radiographs.
